The Indium tin oxide coated glass is commonly known as ITO coated glass, which has excellent conductive and high transmittance properties. The ITO coating is carried out in the entirely vacuumed condition by magnetron sputtering method at around 300 degree C. It is a single side coating, where coated surface is conductive, and another surface is insulated.You can choose coating thickness based on coating resistivity required.
The ITO coated glass could be cut in square, rectangular, round shape or irregular also. Usually, the standard square size is
20mm, 25mm, 50mm, 100mm, etc. The maximum size of ITO coated glass substrate is 370x470mm,14inchx16inch.The standard thickness usually is 0.4mm, 0.5mm, 0.7mm, and 1.1mm. Other thickness and sizes could be customized accordingly to requirement.
