Chenshi Tech maintains a rigorous optical glass quality inspection and quality assurance protocol adhering to ISO 9001:2015 manufacturing standards
-
Incoming Material Verification: Raw float glass, low-iron sheets, borosilicate, and quartz boules are inspected for internal seeds, bubbles, and refractive index consistency.
-
Dimensional & Geometric Verification: High-precision Mitutoyo micrometers, optical comparators, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM) ensure all CNC milling, chamfering, and hole locations strictly adhere to engineering tolerances down to ±0.02 mm.
-
Optical Surface & Flatness Metrology: Every laser-grade optical window and optical flat is individually measured using Zygo phase-shifting laser interferometers. Transmitted wavefront distortion reports (up to λ/10) and surface roughness interferograms (Ra < 0.5 nm) are documented per lot.
-
Spectral & Electrical Testing: High-precision spectrophotometers measure ultraviolet, visible, and infrared spectral transmittance curves (190 nm–3200 nm), while four-point probe meters verify sheet resistance uniformity across our ITO conductive glass substrates.
Full Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) reports, material certifications, and RoHS/REACH compliance documentation are included with every delivery.
